Leaders and founders:

The leaders or founders of the guilds can never be removed from the guild without consulting the guild leaders or the community manager.

Joining our guilds:

Please go to the forum for new player applications to join our guilds. All future members must fill out an application to join the guilds. This includes even ex-members that are re-applying to join. If you have contacted one of our members on RF Online to ask about joining the guilds, they should direct you to this web site or another guild representative to further help you. We hope you find our web site full of information about our guild. Please feel free to browse at your own pace, but be sure to read our society rules early on to avoid any conflicts. First impressions are sometimes lasting impressions for some people.

Forum usage:

All users must sign up to to these guilds using the forum thus allowing them to keep up to date with events that will only be listed on the forums. The registration form is simple and fast.
if the forum is online, if the forum is offline these matters can be settled in guild chat thanks.
Voting:

Only members of the guild can vote on this web site or the forum over guild matters. All votes are checked by the administration for validity. Cheating votes will result in a warning or removal from the community.

Ages:

We do not have a minimum age restriction, however, maturity is highly looked upon whether you are playing RF online, on the forum, or our voice chat as well as how you act towards other players.

Communcation:

To communicate with our members efficiently and quickly we use a voice chat program called Ventrilo. Details about the program can be found in the Rules & News section of the forum. Ventrilo is great program and SAFE for all users. If for parental or age reasons you are not aloud to get Ventrilo PLEASE do not worry. You can still use the in game chat system or the forum to keep in touch with our players.

New players:

New players check the New Players section of this web site. This section has been made with you in mind to help you understand how to start off in the game.

Leaving the guild:

If you wish to leave the guild, all we ask is that you leave in a polite way. If you do leave us, please return any weapons, spells, armour, money, and such that was borrowed to you from the guilds.

Logging in:

Please be aware that we do not force you to log on, however, please try to log on at least once a week to Rf Online. Also attend Chip wars please ,  This is to ensure us that you are still active on RF Online as we do boot inactive players after a significant amount of time of being offline.

Complaints from other guilds:

From time to time I am sure we may get complaints from other guilds about one of our guild members. The leader of the guild will deal with the matter and speak to the guild member about the issue. Please do not engage yourself further into the conflict.

Killing guild members:

Due to recent problems guild members are NOT to kill your fellow guild members or other players of your race by purposely dragging monsters on top of them or using chaos potions to directly hit them. This should also apply to any other member of the Cora race unless they are in violation of the game's Terms of Agreement or are causing other players harm where we will then vote on a proper course of action.

Swearing:

We like to remind all the guild we do have younger members. Sometimes it is better to take the swearing out of guild and party chat. Further more, excesive swearing is not to be used on our voice chat services. or race chats .Mistakes happen and situations do sometimes get out of control, but this is a general rule when there is no need for the negative banter.

Guild Tax System:

Cora Dragons guild now has a guild tax system, All guild members are now accpeted to learn this system, for the benifit of the guild.

Things to remember!

On occasion people do break the rules. It happens. Usually you will be blessed with only a warning, but if your offense is serious enough, you will be removed or even banned from the guilds. Repeated offenders will be removed from the guild. Also, remember that just because something may not be covered by the rules that participating in those negative activities can still be punishable. Use common sence.
